These products are provided solely for licensed medical practices and healthcare professionals. While the Blueprint offers a structured framework for documentation, coding, and compliance, each clinician and practice remains solely responsible for:

• Ensuring accuracy of patient-specific information.
• Verifying the appropriateness of codes and screenings for services actually performed.
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and payer-specific requirements.

Unbound Systems LLC™ does not provide medical, legal, or billing advice. These materials are tools to support clinical documentation and compliance workflows. They do not replace professional judgment, coding review, or compliance oversight.

Use of these products does not guarantee insurance reimbursement, audit outcomes, or legal protection. Each purchaser and end-user is responsible for adapting templates to their own practice requirements and verifying accuracy against applicable regulations.

Purchase or licensing of this product grants a non-transferable, limited license for internal use by the purchasing practice or entity only.

• Any unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or redistribution is a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
• Unbound Systems LLC™ reserves the right to revoke or terminate licenses for misuse, unauthorized distribution, or violation of this agreement, without refund.

We reserve the right to use digital watermarking, license tracking, and other technical measures to monitor for unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Unbound Systems LLC™ provides all products “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbound Systems LLC™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use these materials.

This Intellectual Property Protection & Legal Notice constitutes the entire agreement between the purchaser and Unbound Systems LLC™ regarding the use of these materials and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
