All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads, once a file has been purchased and transmitted via secure link, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

By purchasing, you agree to the following terms:

✅ No Refunds or Exchanges: Digital products cannot be refunded once delivered. Refunds will only be issued in the rare case of a duplicate purchase or a technical error on our part that prevents delivery.

✅ Personal Use Only: Purchases grant you a non-transferable license for individual or organizational use only. Files may not be resold, distributed, or shared under any circumstances.

✅ Intellectual Property Protection: All templates remain the intellectual property of Unbound Clinical Blueprint. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited.

✅ Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated after a successful delivery will be considered a breach of this policy. Proof of delivery and access logs will be provided to enforce this agreement.

✅ No Guarantee Disclaimer: These templates are provided as frameworks only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as insurance approval, reimbursement, or legal outcomes). Templates should be reviewed and adapted by the purchaser for their specific use case.

✅ Modification of Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.

✅ Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
